6 Ingredient Orzo Sausage Bake
I am forever on the hunt for extremely simple and quick dinners for our family. This one fit the bill and one of my toddlers even ate it! Recipe by @fridasofiaeats!
YOU’LL NEED:
12 oz of chicken sausage
1 cup of spinach
1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
1 container spinach artichoke dip
1 lb of orzo pasta
3 cups low sodium chicken stock
HOW TO:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Then chop sausage into bite size pieces.
2. Add orzo, sausage, tomatoes and spinach to a large baking dish (9x13). Add the spinach artichoke dip to the middle, then top the whole dish with your chicken stock.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and combine everything until evenly coated with the dip mixture.
Enjoy! This makes about 6 servings!
