High Protein Taco Bowl

Easy High Protein Taco Bowl for a quick, filling lunch whether you’re a stay at home mom, working from home or just need something quick!

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
+4-6 oz ground turkey
+1/2 cup cottage cheese
+1 packet taco seasoning
+avocado
+Tortilla chips\

HOW TO:⁣
1. Brown ground turkey and season with taco seasoning as instructed until fully cooked.

2. Add 4-6oz of cooked turkey to a microwave safe bowl, then add 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Stir to combine and microwave for 40 seconds.

3. Top with avocado slices and serve with tortilla chips (or baby carrots/cucumber)! ENJOY!

So easy but flavor-packed and will keep you full while you chase your littles!
