High Protein Burger Bowl

These came together in under 30 minutes and were so tasty - even the kids ate them!

YOU’LL NEED:⁣
1/2 bag of sweet potato fires

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & Pepper

4 cups shredded lettuce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup pickles

Sprinkle of shredded cheese

For the sauce:

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp bbq sauce

1 tbsp pickle juice

HOW TO:⁣
1. Bake or air fry 1/2 a bag of sweet potato fries.

2. While the fries cook, brown ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Blend together the greek yogurt, mustard, bbq sauce, and pickle juice for the sauce.

4. Assemble your bowl with the shredded lettuce, sweet potato fries, ground beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of sauce.

Enjoy! This makes about 4 servings.
