Meal prep Breakfast Tacos

High protein easy breakfast tacos prepped for the week that you can freeze or microwave!? That’s hot!

YOU’LL NEED:
1 pack of tortillas of choice (use a high protein option for added 💪🏼)
1 can reduced fat refried beans
6 eggs
1 package of frozen unseasoned hashbrowns
1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
Turkey breakfast sausage (I used @jennieo)
10 foil squares & 1 gallon ziplock

HOW TO:
1. Pre-cook your breakfast sausage, hashbrowns & eggs. I removed egg yolk to include egg whites only, but this is personal preference!

2. Assemble each taco in one tortilla on top of a foil sheet. Roll up taco and then foil tightly, packing ends neatly.

3. Add all tacos to your gallon ziplock and seal well. Place in fridge (good for 3 days) or freezer (I would eat within the month!)

These have up to 35 grams of protein per serving (based on the brands you use) & will keep you nice and full!

**to reheat from frozen, remove all foil and wrap in a damp paper towel before microwaving for 1-2 minutes or warm them in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes in their foil straight from the freezer**
